What To Expect In A Session

We will connect virtually over Zoom with our cameras off. Sessions are focused on the topic, focus, or questions the client has. They are recorded and sent to the client afterwards.

Purchasing Policies

Refunds: There are no refunds after purchase. Please deeply consider your needs before purchasing a session with Olivia. If there is an extenuating circumstance (i.e., loss of life), a refund/cancellation will be considered if acceptable documentation is provided.

Rescheduling: 24-hour advance notice by email or phone is required when requesting to reschedule an appointment. You will be charged the full session fee if you cannot give me 24 hours advance notice.

Respect: By booking, you agree to honor my time, and energy, and take accountability for your own journey. While I cannot guarantee specific outcomes or alter the messages I receive, I ask that you come with an open mind and trust that I hold your best interests at heart. I kindly expect the same respect and trust in return.

Payment Plans & Discounts: There are no payment plans or discounts for readings or sessions with Olivia. All payments must be made in full.
